We suggest using a product called Ragg Topp which can be purchased here at Pacific Auto Trim and Glass.
Ragg Topp is a great product that can be used on both vinyl and cloth tops and should be applied twice a year. We would also suggest using the Ragg Topp brush which is a special brush made with horse hair.
How long will you need my car to replace my convertible top?
A typical replacement usually takes 1-2 days depending on the car.

If your vehicle is being worked on under an insurance claim and you have loss of use or Roadstar/Roadside Plus, we can arrange for a rental car for you at no charge (insurance pays).

How long do you need my car to do a windshield replacement?
A typical windshield replacement takes 4-6 hours.
Will an insurance claim affect my rates?
When using your comprehensive insurance, your rates will not increase unless you have multiple claims in a calendar year.
Do I need to go to ICBC first to get a windshield claim?
If your vehicle is 20 years or older you will need to visit a claim centre first. If your vehicle is newer, you can come directly to us to initiate and process your ICBC claims.
How much is a rock chip repair?
We will repair rock chips in your windshield for $29.95 for the first one and $10 for each additional chip up to 3. If you have more than 3 you should consider replacing the glass.
